What to Wear to a Rehearsal Dinner

Since one of my dearest said tonight that she would wear nude nylons with a dress to an upcoming rehearsal dinner (yes, nude, the shame), I figured it was time to address this conundrum head on.  Rehearsal dinners are tough. Sometimes they're super casual and other times, more of a dressed up affair. I still think you can wear the same dress though, just know how to dress it up and down--and have access to the right accessories. Let's take this dress for example because, well, I love it. For something in the summer, some sort of vintage-y brown clutch and plain t-strap sandals. Wear some gold bangles, otherwise keep the jewels simple. For something dressier? Some nude heels would work, so would a random color to give it some spice. Don't waste your time with countless dresses. Invest in the accessories, they'll be what makes it work.
