Great Read of the Day
When you browse a store online, sometimes it can be hard to navigate. What would look good on me? What should I buy? What is my best bet for fall? The New York Times just interviewed some of the top buyers from the most popular online sites (Shopbop, Net-a-Porter, La Garconne, etc.) to see what they think is big for fall. It also goes into detail on why we're shopping online more and more. It's a great read, really intuitive, and can help you understand some of your own shopping behaviors, and most importantly--the best ways to browse for what you want. The paper's head fashion critic, Cathy Horyn, actually wrote the piece and she's really insightful when it comes to style and fashion. (Make a note to read her runway reviews during Fashion Week in September. You'll learn a ton.)
