Accessory Mash Up: The Jeweled Collar

I'm in desperate need of a few Spring pick-me-ups and nothing that I'm finding on the shelves or on the racks seems to be doing it. The quick fix? Some accessories of course, and this jeweled collar by Dannijo actually seems like something I'd wear.
