Candy Colored Confections

I am so used to throwing out assortments of candles and magazines on my own coffee table that sometimes I forget that what looks so whimsical is candy-colored creations, the more old school the better. I love this picture which combines beautiful dusty pink roses (a color I usually sidestep) with jelly beans, tootsie rolls and more sweet treats. Sometimes the most classically colorful additions really look the best. So forget the expensive alternatives and go for something simple--and
